We invite you to reconnect with your true self and dive deep in your inner world in a safe space. From Authentic movement to silence and walking meditation in a forest we will be discovering pure being with everything what is present.
during Authentic movement we will explore our ability to listen, to put aside our judge and to invite kindness, self-love and compassion so they can lead us through the process of unfolding stories. stories which are deeply written in our body and needs to be seen.

Ladislaja Pietrangeli (AT/IT)- artist, Actress in physical theatre, facilitator of embodiment through authentic movement
